At Trancemarine and Confreight Logistics Pvt. Ltd.  we are committed to providing a work environment that’s favorable to employees’ physical & mental health and wellbeing. We believe that if health and safety of our employees are taken care of, they perform better in serving our customers, and continuously help in taking the organisation to newer heights.

Although majority of our employees work in office environment and are not exposed to any health and safety hazards, still we have ensured to cover all our employees with a group health and safety policy.

• Interactive sessions to encourage our employees to adopt healthy eating habits, right sitting posture in office, desk yoga, and essential quick exercises to avoid eye strain.
• Regular team outings to build team bonding. It helps ease potential issues associated with stress in their working and personal lives.
• A comprehensive Mediclaim policy for our employees covering their family.
• In addition to the above initiatives that directly cover people on our payroll who work with us, we have also taken a few measures to ensure the wellbeing of people who work for us like depot workers, and drivers etc.
• A mandate to work only with professional logistics partners whose drivers are insured under health and accidental insurance policy.
• We strictly follow Depot SOPs placed by our principals and remind depot workers to be in strict compliance with the same.
